UYAP (National Judiciary Informatics System) is where Türkiye's court proceedings are handled electronically. Lawyers and citizens use UYAP portals to follow their files, submit documents and file cases, and many of these actions require an e-signature.
What each portal needs
- Lawyer Portal: lawyers log in with an e-signature (or mobile signature) and sign the documents they submit.
- Citizen Portal: viewing files can be done via e-Devlet, but filing a case or submitting documents requires an e-signature.
Before you start
- Make sure your e-signature hasn't expired.
- Check that the token driver is installed on your computer.
- Install the signing components following the current instructions on UYAP's login page.
- Update your browser and plug the token directly into the computer (no USB hub).
Logging in and submitting a document
- Open the UYAP portal and choose to log in with an e-signature.
- Select your certificate and enter your PIN.
- Open the file, add your document (documents can be prepared with UYAP Doküman Editörü).
- Sign the document, pay any fees and submit it.
Note: UYAP's setup requirements change from time to time. We can do the installation for you remotely.
