Many foreign nationals living, working or running a company in Türkiye need an e-signature (e-imza) to use systems such as e-Devlet, SGK, UYAP or public tenders. The good news: if you meet the requirements, getting one is as straightforward as it is for Turkish citizens.
Who is eligible?
An e-signature is a personal certificate tied to your identity, so you need a foreigner ID number starting with 99 (yabancı kimlik numarası). This number is issued to foreigners in Türkiye with a residence permit, work permit or similar status.
People staying in Türkiye as tourists with only a passport and no foreigner ID number usually cannot apply with most certificate providers.
Which documents do you need?
- A valid document showing your foreigner ID number (such as a residence permit card)
- A valid passport
- Additional details the provider may ask for (contact address, phone number)

The process, step by step
- Message us: write to us on WhatsApp in English, Turkish or Arabic. We check your documents and choose the right certificate.
- Identity check: your identity is verified with your documents. The applicant must be present for this step.
- Agreement: you sign the certificate agreement and we submit your application.
- Delivery and setup: your token is delivered and we install the driver and signing software on your computer with you.
