2. Personal data we process
- Contact data: your name, phone number and messages you share with us via WhatsApp or phone.
- Identity data: if you apply for an e-signature, your name, Turkish or foreigner ID number, date of birth and ID document details.
- Transaction data: your application status, the certificate type and period you choose, setup and support records.
- Security data: technical logs kept by the hosting server when you visit, such as IP address, date and time, and browser information.

- Preparing your e-signature application, submitting it to the certificate provider and handling the agreement

4. Legal grounds
We process your data under Article 5(2) of the KVKK: performance of a contract (c), compliance with a legal obligation (ç), establishing, exercising or protecting a right (e), and our legitimate interests, provided they don't harm your fundamental rights (f). Non-essential processing such as analytics cookies happens only with your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
- Electronic certificate service providers: your identity and application data are shared with the authorised provider you choose, so your e-signature can be issued.
- Authorised public authorities: where legally required and requested.
- Hosting provider: technical logs needed to run the website.
When you write to us via WhatsApp, communication runs on that platform (Meta Platforms) and is subject to its own privacy policy. The "Open in Google Maps" link takes you to Google's website. Our fonts are served from our own server; no data is sent to third-party servers to display the page.
6. How we collect data
Through conversations on WhatsApp and phone, documents you provide when applying, face-to-face meetings, and automatically during website visits.
7. Retention
We keep your data for the periods required by law or as long as needed for the purpose, then delete, destroy or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose and whether it's used accordingly; know the third parties it's transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met, and notification of these actions to third parties; object to outcomes against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
